Once you have created a gift exchange, it's time to invite your participants to join in the fun with you.
- Log in to Secret Santa Generator and navigate to your dashboard
- Click on your gift exchange
- In the Manage Your Event section on the left side panel, under Participants, click on the Invite button
- Here you have the option of copying pre-written instructions to paste into an email or copying the invite link alone
- Share the link with your participants however you'd like (e.g. via e-mail, text message, WhatsApp, etc).
Participants will be required to create an account on Secret Santa Generator in order to participate in the gift exchange (if they already have a White Elephant Online account, they can use that). Once they create an account and join your event, you will see their names appear on the left side of the screen under "Participants". Once everyone joins your exchange, you will be able to manage participants and exclusions and assign secret santas.
